Michelle Moss

Michelle Moss

Michelle is an enthusiastic and positive health advocate and coach, encouraging others to take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. She has 30+years experience in the corporate space across many industries and roles and is also the founder of her passion project ‘Holistic Pillars’ and the Chaos to Calm Program, a coaching and lifestyle platform focusing on the five key pillars of wellbeing – Mind, Move, Rest, Fuel and Connect.

Adapting a Holistic lifestyle was inspired by her own personal journey from illness and trauma to discovery, growth, recovery and celebration. Holistic living supported her transformation and has seen extraordinary improvements in overall well-being. It was also her passion for improved health that motivated her to undertake studies in nutrition and health coaching.

Michelle is always striving to live in alignment with her purpose, passion and love of supporting growth in others. Her primary motivation is to inspire and support others with knowledge, tools and techniques as they embark on their own unique and personal health journeys.

Kylie Jansen

Kylie is the founder of Kylie Jansen Coaching, the ‘Grow Your Greatness’ coaching program and is a professional certified NLP Life & Mindset Coach.

She supports busy (business) women navigating change – to be clear on what they want, to redefine who they are, and to draw on their courage to confidently take inspired action and make the impact they long to make – to inspire real change in the world.

Through Kylie’s one to one personal coaching, workshops and online program, she is known for her outcome focused, gentle yet direct approach, empowering women to navigate change, whether it is to grow their self-awareness or break through what has been stopping them, and tap into an inner knowing and real confidence.

Kylie believes that when you are deeply connected to a strong sense-of-self you can do anything you set your mind to – borrow her belief (in you), until you believe it yourself.

‘The ‘Chaos to Calm ~ Navigating Change’ workshop is a small and intimate gathering. This will give you a safe space and time to engage with others, relax and experience a wonderful day of exploration and discovery.

If the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled before the scheduled start date and time, for any reason whatsoever, refunds or partial refunds may be issued. We will communicate this to attendees directly.

We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any cancellation, rescheduling or alteration of an event.

We offer a full refund up to 2 weeks before our workshops. To request a refund, please contact us. Alternatively, you may arrange for your booking to be transferred to another person. No refunds will be issued for tickets that are cancelled less than two weeks before the event.

We are so excited to welcome you. The day will include everything you need. There is no preparation required. Please come for a day of relaxation, so wear comfy clothes.
