Meet Michelle

Holistic Pillars is based on my story of transformation and how positive lifestyle choices were made to improve overall health and wellbeing.

Equipped with learnings and knowledge gained along the way plus completing various studies in health and nutrition and becoming a health coach my passion for health, wellbeing and supporting others has been well and truly ignited.

Sharing the experiences and benefits of living with a more conscious, relaxed mind together with choosing relationships and activities which support, challenge and empower you … after all, we are all a continual work in progress simply striving for a happy and healthy life.
