It’s finally here…my new signature ‘Chaos to Calm Program’. This is a coaching and wellbeing program a long time in the making, and it has been created thoughtfully with loads of passion and from a deep place in my heart.

My passion project and vision are coming to life…

Over the past few years, I have been extremely proud to share my story, step into my fear and build this incredible lifestyle platform and coaching program which I just know will support many in their quest for optimal health.

Why was the coaching and wellbeing program created?

The Chaos to Calm Program was inspired by my own personal journey from illness and trauma to discovery, growth, recovery and celebration. Holistic living supported this transformation and I have seen extraordinary improvements in overall well-being.

My learnings and growth gathered along the way inspired the creation of the Holistic Pillars philosophy. My signature Chaos to Calm Coaching and Wellbeing Program aligns with this overarching philosophy.

My primary focus for myself and others is always to strive for calm, reduce inflammation and stress and develop ‘the art of listening to our body’. Coaching others to pause, listen and then develop the courage to act on it.

My primary motivation for creating the program is to live in alignment with my purpose, passion and love of coaching and supporting growth in others. To share knowledge, tools and techniques with individuals like you as you embark on your own unique and personal health journeys.

What is the program all about?

The ‘Chaos to Calm’ Program is based on my philosophy of adopting a holistic lifestyle, and achieving overall well-being through living and focusing on the five key pillars of wellbeing – Fuel, Rest, Move, Mind, and Connect.

These five pillars are interconnected and equal, and we should always strive for balance and consistency across all five pillars. It’s a comprehensive and balanced approach.

The program will take you on a personal journey as you create the calm you crave.

Full program for individuals or teams

I can work with you or your team in a combination of ways, including masterclasses, workshops and in-person retreats. Whether it’s a 6-month or 12-month program, we will tailor it to your needs.

Wellbeing Workshops & Retreats

Join us for some well-deserved time out where we create the ‘circuit breaker’ you need. It is an opportunity to slow down, breathe, look within and re-energise your thoughts, body and focus.
