Pure perfection … this surprisingly light and super delicious dressing is pure perfection and a wonderful dressing for any salad, but is particularly good on my new ‘Almyrida’ Pear and Roquefort Salad.
Make a huge batch, store in the fridge and drizzle away.Fabulous with salads, lamb and seafood
- 1 large bunch Basil
- ⅔ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp Manuka Honey (opt)
- ⅓ cup Water
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until well combined.
- Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week (if it lasts that long)
