So easy to make using just a few simple ingredients. No nasties, super light on the tummy and a delicious addition to any grazing plate.

Healthy Seed Crackers
I love to serve with a homemade guacamole.
Ingredients
- 200 g flaxseed
- 100 g mixed seeds of choice - sunflower, pumpkin, chia and sesame seeds
- 2 tsp fennel seeds
- ½ tsp paprika or spice of choice
- ½ tsp salt
Instructions
- Place the flaxseeds in bowl, cover with water, soak for a few hours or overnight
- Place the seed mix in anothere bowl and also soak (same time as flaxseeds)
- Drain and rinse the seed mix and add to the flaxseeds
- Add fennel seeds and salt
- Spread this combined mixture thinly on baking paper on oven trays (or just spray oven trays with a little coconut oil instead)
- Sprinkle with paprika
- Pop into preheated oven (low 80°C), slow bake for a couple hours (it’s like you are dehydrating them), half way through turn over
- Cook long enough to adequately dehydrate the mixture. Should take 3-4 hours but depends on your oven. You want crunchy, snappy crackers, no moisture
- Cool
- Break into crackers and keep in an airtight container
