Kombucha 'Gut Healthy' Gummies

4 ingredients, super easy and a little fun to make ... double batch recommended 😉
Prep Time 20 minutes
Cook Time 2 hours


  • 400 ml Kombucha (flavour of choice)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cup Natural Gelatin
  • 2 tps Manuka Honey (Optional)
  • pinch Salt


  • Prepare the gelatin in 1 cup of water, allow to bloom
  • Heat kombucha in a saucepan
  • Add the gelatin, mix well
  • Add honey and a pinch of salt, mix well
  • Remove from the heat
  • Pour the mixture into moulds or just straight into a shallow glass dish
  • Pop in the fridge, cool and set (2 hours)
  • Cut into bite size squares (store in the refrigerate)
