Kombucha 'Gut Healthy' Gummies
4 ingredients, super easy and a little fun to make ... double batch recommended 😉
Ingredients
- 400 ml Kombucha (flavour of choice)
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 cup Natural Gelatin
- 2 tps Manuka Honey (Optional)
- pinch Salt
Instructions
- Prepare the gelatin in 1 cup of water, allow to bloom
- Heat kombucha in a saucepan
- Add the gelatin, mix well
- Add honey and a pinch of salt, mix well
- Remove from the heat
- Pour the mixture into moulds or just straight into a shallow glass dish
- Pop in the fridge, cool and set (2 hours)
- Cut into bite size squares (store in the refrigerate)
