A fabulous combination of toasted nuts and seeds, packed with loads of goodness but low in carbs.

Low Carb Toasted Granola

Perfect as a replacement for breakfast cereal or a quick and easy healthy snack.
Simply sprinkle over a dollop of greek yoghurt and a handful of fresh berries. 
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes


  • 1 cup Pecans, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1 cup Pepita Seeds
  • ¼ cup Sesame Seeds
  • ¼ cup Chia Seeds
  • ½ cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 cup Coconut, shaved
  • 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp Manuka Honey (opt)
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil, melted


  • Preheat oven at 150°C
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl
  • Lay evenly on an oven tray lined with baking paper 
  • Roast for 15 minutes, remove, stir and return to the oven for a further 10 mins 
  • Allow to cool
  • Store in an airtight container
