I love seafood, I love fresh crisp veggies and I love simple light Asian flavours. This recipe is a favourite combination … chilli, garlic, ginger, coconut amino’s (a beautiful substitute for soy sauce), and a little sesame oil … so simple but the result is spectacularly happy taste buds and tummy.

Prawn Stir Fry
Super duper 'Prawn Stir-fry' ... quick, easy, healthy and a family favourite.
Ingredients
- 20 King Prawns, green and shelled
- Veggies of choice – I used bok choy, broccolini, asparagus, snow peas, green beans and bean shoots
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tbs Ginger, finely chopped
- 1 tbs Chilli, finely chpped
- Coconut Aminos (or Tamari)), add to taste
- Sesame OIl, add to taste
Instructions
- Fry garlic, ginger and chilli in a little coconut oil
- Add prawns, cook a couple of minutes
- Add veggies
- Add a good splash of coconut aminos (or tamari) and a few drops of sesame oil, stir fry until cooked
